Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

30 years ago, after a 27 year marriage; I was divorced becuase my husband fell in love with his secretary. I was devastated and signed off on his retirement fund not realizing that I might need help later on. I was in bad shape.

Now I want to appeal that decision and apply for his social security but not his MA State Teacher's retirement fund.

Can I do this?

unless you can show fraud or duress it is extremely unlike. The amount of time is a giant impediment.
