child support

father started paying child support feb 2000 stopped paying aug 2002 never married no court order was in effect. filed a complaint for paternity dec 2002 and a motion for tempory child support. is there something else i should be filing to receive the back support that he hasnt paid. has not gone to court yet.is there any way i can put an attachment on his home until it is paid.he plans on selling the house and moving to ohio.filed papers with the dor in dec 2002 but they havent even processed anything yet.i filled the other papers on my own

You need to know more about procedure to represent yourself. Has he been served with the summons on the complaint for paternity? Have you sent him a copy of the motion for temporary support? Did you mark up the motion for a hearing if he has been served? It is impossible to walk you through the whole process by way of this forum. You should at least consult a lawyer.
