Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

So I have a contract legally signed by me, the witnesses of the signing, and the opposing party stating that I have full legal rights and responsibilities to the opposing party's first born child. It may sound ridiculous but will this hold up in a court of law?

The short answer is no, but it really depends what you mean by "hold up". Does it establish some sort of paternity? No. Does it provide evidence of the intent of the parties with respect to your arrangement or understanding concerning the child? Yes.
