custody and child support

my ex's new fiance is saying to me that she has got papers she is going to file in court for temporary custody and to terminate child support. i left my child support card with them so they can have what he pays and we had a verbal agreement for temporary custody until i get back on my feet just wondering if there is anything i could do or anything that she could actually do because my ex told me he hasnt talked to anyone?

First, you should be dealing with your ex, not her finace.

I am not sure what you mean by saying that your ex is going to court for custody and to terminate support. This does not make sense to me. Verbal agreement regarding children can be readily over come by the court. The court looks at such agreements in context of the needs of the children, and what is in their best interest.
