divorce assetts

divorce granted, during the 90 days before final i was deeded interest in some real estate did not report this was i suppossed to, and can he come after it he has not paid any monies due since divorce granted

This is usually considered assets acquired after the divorce judgment entered. The circumstances would indicate a more complete answer.

Assuming this was a legitamate gift or inheritance and not part of a way to hide assets, then you have no obligation to inform the other party. I assume you signed a separation agreement and if it was made independent of the divorce and enforceable as such, then you should have no problems absent fraud.

If the separation agrement was part of the divorce, then he can seek modification based on change in circumstances.
