divorce proceeds

i am retired my wife still works.married 17 years ,no children she makes more than i and has a state pension coming to her at retirement. will she be entitled to any of my pension??

Equitable division would likely entitle you to a share of her pension, and she to a share of yours. Each party's needs and contributions are considered. There are no absolutes, but 50/50 division of assets is not unusual. "Pension" funds (e.g., 401k's) are usually treated as assets, though yours may be income depending on how you receive it.

Your description of the facts is incomplete. You have not said if you are divorced, and the terms of the divorce as related to this question.
