Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

I live in Massachusetts. My ex girlfriend and I separated a few months ago and she has now stopped me from seeing or speaking to my 4 year old daughter. We are going to court to settle the issues of child support and visitation, however, I was told it may be a few months before this happens. I was served with papers last week which i responded too. I was told that it could be 45 days before I even hear back about when my court date will be.

My question is, is there any way I can file something to get temporary visitation with my daughter? I don't wait to go without seeing her any longer than I have to. Thanks!

You would have to file a Motion for Temporary Visitation while waitiing for a hearing.

Yes you can file the MTV and ask the Judge for temporary visits.
