Serious Problems with custody issues

My ex has custody- she was incapacitated for a year.. Since I have allowed custody to revert back to mom- the situation has gotten out of hand with her and her new husband. This is a HUGE STORY that may end up being a very big media event. I need help, now..I can explain more soon.

Your question is light on details, but your best course would be to engage a lawyer who is familiar with high-conflict custody issues and how to deal with them. There are any number of ways your situation could play out, and they don't need to be bad.
