Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

Unauthorized Pictures on the Internet

I recently been made aware of pictures of my son on his father's website to promote his business. His father doesn't have visitation or custody of our son. The courts denied everything. When I wrote to the website explaing that I did not want my sons pictures on the website and explained the restraing order on behalf of my son and that he has no visitation or custody all issued through the courts they emailed him saying this person would like picture #3 taken off your site and forwarded my message to them to him. After I received confirmation because they forwarded their response to him to me also he since then put another picture of my son on their. What are my rights as the legal custodial parent? Is there a law that protects against this?

Thank You

Re: Unauthorized Pictures on the Internet

(1) The picture is of your son NOT you.

(2) The boy has YOUR genes AND HIS genes.

(3) You might be able to be run your own life, but you do NOT have the right to run your ex-husband's life.

(4) That your ex loves HIS son is something about which you should be delighted.

(5) What right do you have to deny your ex his son and what right do you have to deny your son his father? No right.

You should be ashamed of yourself.
