Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

Our visitation court order states that dad has visits every other weekend Friday to Sunday with it starting Friday dec 10 2010 being mom's weekend. Every Christmas will be split with mom having child Christmas eve to Christmas day and dad having child noon time Christmas dat until 5 pm dec. 26 th. Christmas fell on my weekend so our son was with me only half the weekend then went with his dad Saturday dec 25th until Sunday dec 26 th. My question is who legally has the child the next weekend? That was Friday dec. 31 to sundae Jan 2? Should that have been dad's weekend?

The weekend following Christmas should have been dad's weekend. The holiday schedule supersedes the normal parenting schedule and does not change the alternating schedule.
