visitations

Father keeps changing the court order visitations by cancelling out and bringing them home hours sometimes a day early. What will this reflect?

Re: visitations

If you are asking what can be done, the answer is that the visitations can be modified by court order to reflect his actual pattern. You should develop a good log of this, though, showing a pattern of months. Unfortunately, it is not a "contempt," per se. You can't force him to be a good father. You can, however, reduce his attempts to control and disrupt YOUR life by seeking the modification suggested.

Of course, he will then tell the kids that YOU are the one responsible for the shortening of visitations. Mo, there is no perfect solution to this problem.
