The court determines the amount of your child support order based upon the Massachusetts Child Support Guidelines. I do not know the circumstances that led to the establishment of a $50.00 per week order at the time of your divorce, but if circumstances have changed since then, or if it has been 3 years since the order was established, then you have a right to have the order reviewed for modification by the court. You will need to file a complaint for modification with the probate court. If you would like a free consultation, you can contact me at 508-528-4007, or email [email protected].

it depends on his income not his profile.
