DSS and Child Custody

I would like to know why DSS can take A child out of A home where he\she is well taken care of and loved and then falsely accuse the parent of molestation even after DSS hires A special psycholigst who says the parent is not cable of such things after completeing A battery of test on the parent?

With this taking place is there A way to get custody back of your child? Is there A chance of winning in court for there is written documention

proving the parents innocence even as this took place?
