Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Massachusetts

How can I change Judges?

The judge presiding over my child support case is known for locking up defendants at a 10 to 1 ratio. He is demanding far more money for child support than what I can reasonably pay.

How do I go about changing judges and what criteria must I meet to have this brought forward?

Re: How can I change Judges?

Massachusetts Child support guidelines is a formulated calculation (not simply based on thin air, there is some judicial discretion for certain circumstances; however for the most part, child support is set forth by a calculated formula).

I suggest that you obtain the Massachusetts child support guidelines either via internet search by county and/or obtain it through the clerk of court in your county and calculate your obligation for child support.

In addition, I strongly suggest that if you are not presently represented by an attorney, you should consider seeking advice from one.

Sincerely, Maria Murber

Re: How can I change Judges?

File a complaint against the judge at the Commission on Judicial Conduct.

A copy of the Complaint Form is on my website -- http://www.falseallegations.com

Sometimes judges will recuse themselves after hearing that there is a complaint at the CJC.

Sometimes it does not. But there is nothing to lose if the judge is already being unreasonable.

Do not expect the CJC to do anything for you. The commission generally waits for the complaints to accumulate. If the number gets large enough, they do take action against the judge. You will NOT hear about it. The judge just might disappear from the bench.

Mc(something or other, I forget). He was a severe alcoholic and would fall asleep at the bench. He is deceased now, I believe.

Arline Rotman. (From ROtman's Furniture store family). She is now getting paid $375 an hour as a parenting coordinator, having been appointed by Kopelman. A tragedy. She is also connected to Mass. Gen'l Hosp. Children & the Law. Disgusting. People should boycott the hospital.

Charlie Bowser (most say he wanted to get off. I do not believe it.) He went back to a lawfirm, Lee, Levine (now married to Judge Merrill, an evil woman), and Bowser. Bowser now does "mediation" work.

A few others are around, too.

Give it a shot. Something eventually hits the fan.
