Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Massachusetts

what can i do?
I was divorced from my wife in march of 06. there was a joint account that she was awarded. in august i withdrew 1500 dollars from it. i did sign her name to the back of the check as it was a joint account. she took me to court on 10/30. before we went into court i made an agreement with her and her lawyer to repay her the money which i did. on 2/9 there was a withdrawal from my bank account for 1500 dollars. when i inquired about it the bank told me that she had signed an affadavit on 10/31 from the institution that the original 1500 dollars was in. so in essance i paid her twice. what can i do about it and i believe that she comitted some kind of fraud because the day before she signed the affadavit after we had already an agreement.any help would be appreciated. thank you

You can file a small claims action. But before you do that, I would suggest that you ask her for the money.
