Legal Question in Immigration Law in Massachusetts

Hi! i jus got all my documentation..my husband is the American citizen but he doesn't respect me he's very mean to me and he say words that i would never thought he would say it to me. We been married for like 2 years now we have a babyBoy together.. but my question is if i dont wanna be in this abuseve relationship will i lose all my documentation?? because he keeps tellin me he can send me back to where i came from and i dont wanna go all my life i been here and i want a better and good life for my chield

You have rights under Immigration Law which your husband cannot take away from you. If you entered into the marriage for love and affection, you have resided together, and he's abusive, then you can obtain the green card (or condition removed, if that is what you meant) without him. If you're in an abusive relationship, you should seek counseling with a domestic violence counselor soon.
