Copyright Infringement

In May 2004 I heard a segment of my registered song played on a major cable network on three different days. How can I prove that my song was infringed if I failed to record the show?

Order a tape of each show from the cable company. There is no need to say why you are ordering them. People order them all the time. Before you go to that effort, you should be sure that you have definitive proof that you wrote the songs.
