Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Massachusetts

my mom wanted me to go get my vitals to make sure i was ok so i agreed to go, next thing you know is they put me in the locked ward, i signed in and am not suicidal or homisidal so i know they cant keep me plsss help they didnt committ me either this is wrong
