my civilian job

If I'm in the National Guard, and I transfer to active duty, is my civilian employer obligated to hold my full time civilian job until I finish my enlistment?

You are entitled to have this question answered by the Judge Advocate General Office that provides legal assistance to your NG Unit or the Department of Labor Office who is the enforcement agency for the Soldiers Reemployment Rights Act.
