Legal Question in Personal Injury in Massachusetts

Had a brand new travel trailer delivered to our campsite yesterday. They set it up and leveled When I went in I saw ceiling in bedroom peeling looked outside and roof had been damaged. Called dealer told them to pick up. I think they will come back with trying to repair it. We really think we should receive a new trailer with no previous roof damage. It is registered, we have a loan

We have lost vacation time, traveling back anfd forth since we had no place to stay. So upset and we are planning to go there today in person. Please advice Bought in NH
