Legal Question in Personal Injury in Massachusetts

trespassing

If a neighbor comes on my property, without permission, and allows their child to pet my horses, play on my swing sets, etc. and he gets hurt, am I liable or am I covered due to the fact it's private property? Must I post signs?

Re: trespassing

Although you have private property, some of the things you have on your property might be considered attactive nuisances. That is they "call out" to people to "come on over" and play with them. As such, you may be held liable if someone is injured.
