Abutters Stormwater Runoff

The stormwater runoff from an abutting property floods my property whenever it rains, is that person responsible for containing the runoff?

If your neighbor channelled the water to run onto your property it may constitutr an actionable continuing trespass. Consider retaining an attorney for more specific advice on how to deal with this.
