attorneys fees

If a condo assosiation takes legal action against you in collecting fees, can I or should I be held responsable for the attorney fee?

I think if you look at your condo docs, I'm sure it calls for attorney fees when they have to be collected.

Most Condo Associations provide in the Condo Trust or Master Deed, that they are entitled to recover legal fees.
