when a house is sold through a partition

do I have the right to know where my money is being held and does it collect interest?

Also can I acess any money during the period of negotiation for my living expenses Thank you

Absent permission to hold the funds elsewhere, the commissioner pays the money into the court and it does earn interest there.

I am not sure who you are negotiating with, but generally absent the permission of the court or settlement, you can not access the money.

If you do not have legal counsel, I suggest you get one.
