Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Massachusetts

I currently have my condo unit under agreement to sell (in MA). The buyers spoke to the property manager who told them that my unit (which is over a 14 car garage) shakes and vibrates when the garage door is open and closed - which it does not. I have lived there since 2004 and if that happened I would have addressed the issue long ago. If I lose this sale do I have any legal recourse against the property manager?

If it's not true and if he made the statement with the intention of interfering with the sale, then perhaps. Have you tried simply allowing the buyers to come into the condo and use the garage doors so they can see for themselves?
