Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Massachusetts

I have been contacted by an attorney that my forclosed home was robosigned and they want to sue mortgage companies for 500K-1MM. Is this worth it???

Unless he is doing it on a contingency basis in which you pay nothing except a % of the recovery, the answer is NO. Even if it is done on a contingency fee basis, you may recover little or nothing for your trouble, unless you are a lead plaintiff in a class action.

I would strongly suggest you review whatever is presented to you with another attorney for review and vetting. You want to make sure, it is going to be worth your time and trouble, and it will cost you time, including having to take time off from work.
