refrigerator/ three family

i am renting the third floor of a three family house with no refrigerator does the landloard have to supply me with one

It is not required, unless it is stated in the lease.

On the other hand, if there was a working one there when you rented the apartment, and it was part of the terms of the lease, then there should be a working one there.
