Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Massachusetts

I own and rent out a condo unit in MA. My tenant's toilet overflowed due to too much toilet paper clogging it, and 2 units directly below sustained water damage. The management company has filed an insurance claim but this happened only 2 days ago, so there haven't been any determinations as to who will cover what, etc. One of the other owners wants me to call her, but I'm reluctant since nothing is known at this point. Do I need legal representation since it was my tenant that caused the problem?

Depends... I always side with courtesy, and suggest you call the other owner back to get more information. Let your insurance handle any claim.
