how do i fill out a waiver of sureties form to be a personal representative of my sisters estate with no will

The form is called a Bond Form and you can download it from the Probate Court website. You need a consent from all of her heirs at law which include her children, if any, her parents and her siblings.

The new law makes children first,then parents to inherit everything before siblings.

If you go on a day when there is a volunteer attorney at the local Probate Court, they will help you with the form.
