Re: how to obtain a copy of deceased mothers will

If the will has been filed, you may get a copy at the probate court. If the will has not been filed and it's been at least 30 days since your mother's death, you can ask the court for an order to get it filed.

I've practiced probate law for over a decade. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

You can obtain a copy of your mother's will at the probate court in the county in which your mother lived.

I am sorry for your loss.

A copy of your Mother's Will may be obtained from the probate court in the county where she lived. If not filed and it has been more than 30 days since her death you can request a probate court Judge to order that it be filed.

Good Luck!
