Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Massachusetts

Probated will

My father died in massachusetts in 1990 and in his will left his house to his wife to live in until sho sold it or died,at which time it would be split up between my sister and I.His wife sold the house in 1999 and neither my sister or I have received any of the proceeds.I did not find out about the sale until afew years ago.Do you have any suggestions.The will has bee probated in Ma.

Send a copy of the Will to a Massachusetts attorney whom you and/or your sister should retain to determine if action needs to be taken for violation of the terms of the Will. Good Luck

Could be a breach of fiduciary duty if the wife was the executrix. That means you would have to sue your step-mother(?). Good Luck
