Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Massachusetts

title of deceadent

My aunt died in massachusetts April 1,1998,her real estate was tiled in her name since 1975. She died intestate (no will) and the administrator is only showing a 14 intrest in the real estate as being owned by my aunt. I have attested copies of the deed and assessments showing she was the sole owner. Can the administrator legaly account for 14 intrest only on the inventory and if so is it legal. Also the administrator has not made any accountings to the court to date.

Thank you
