Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Massachusetts

Is a will valid if you move to another State?

My husband and I made a will in Massachusetts (the original copy is in the lawyer's office safe). Now that we moved to Conneticut, is that will still valid or do we have to make another will in Connecticut?

If it was validly executed in the state where you signed it, it's valid in any other state. You don't need to make a new one. (But do you have a living will/health care proxy and a power of attorney? Terrie Schiavo didn't).
