Legal Question in Immigration Law in Mexico

I am a naturalized mexican citizen living in mexico. I have a double life deportation from the US, my last sentencing was in 2006. The hearings drug on for months, and at my last hearing my lawyer was not present. I ended up voluntarily deporting myself. Since I have been living in Mexico I have meet an american citizen and we have a child together who is dual citizen. I also have a daughter back in the US. Is there any possibility of ever entering the US.

To answer your question, I need to know more about your criminal history and to review your immigration court paperwork. If you were granted Voluntary Departure instead of deportation, it's great. However, if you have a 'permanent bar' or inadmissible for certain crimes (e.g. drugs, weapons, etc), that is a different situation.

If you would like to request a confidential legal advice or schedule telephone or email consultation regarding your specific situation, please email me directly at Attorney @ law-visa-usa.com and I will send you a Questionnaire. Office Telephone line is 1-402-210-2040 (please EMAIL first to schedule a consultation appointment). I am an immigration attorney and work with clients from all States and globally.
