Michigan Law can a bank showcase a customer in a press release

Under Michigan Law can a bank showcase a minor customer in a press release, and if so what are the restrictions?

They should not, but whether it is illegal is entirely different. If names are used and the bank doesn't get the parent's consent, I suspect the minor's consent will not be enough if something goes wrong. The bank should know better than to do with without a full release.
