Legal Question in Business Law in Michigan
bought a motorcycle for 8788.00 gave them a deposit of 500.00. the salesperson didn't do any paperwork at the time. They gave us a photocopy of our check and wrote the amount of the sale and not refundable on it. When we went to pick up the bike with a check for 8288.00 they told us they needed more money and now say we can't get our deposit back. Is this legal?
