invasation of personal liberty

an officer walked in my house ,he was not let in .when i asked him what he was doing in my home he stated he was looking for one of my neighbors that had a missamere warrant.i told him he was not here and he did not live here.

he told me wanted to search my home and i told him no ,he was not here.he stated if he was not here i would let him search my home,i told him you have no warrant ,i have no warrant get out of my house you are violating my cival rights.he walked out side and yelled at me ion front of my neighbors when i walk down or drive on city cement he is going to harass me.My neighbors all signed statements stating they watched him walk in and the neighbor that was in my home of the time in came in.when they found the neighbor he was at his home,when this neighbor was in the jail this officer stated to mike i was done.i need a lawyer to sue this city for voilating my rights and threating me,i am afraid of this police force now.

What is the name of the officer. I have sued Westland officers before. I am interested in your case, but you would need to have the names, addresses and phone numbers of the neighbors who witnessed this.
