A living will
I need to find a lawyer in the Monroe county,Mi. to write up a upstanding will for for myself. I'm getting married on May 1 2004. I have a will with my ex and I don't know if it was terminated when I was divorced. What is an average price to do this process???? There are no buisnises or any things like this envolved. Just my pension, annuity, a couple of bank accounts, and my possions. She will be the benificiary of the pension, annuity, bank accounts, everything. It will be split between my soon to be wife and my two children. Thank You!
