Legal Question in Consumer Law in Michigan
My ex boyfriend works at a restaurant and began cheating with a co worker. This co worker waited on me and served me for years and would often take my phone number to add point to my reward card. Once the employee and my ex stopped messing around she became angry and decided to call and tell me all about it and she obtained my phone number because I had given it to her for restaurant business. So she used restaurant business for personal use. What recourse do I have for her doing this? I feel violated by this misuse of information to get even with my ex.
