Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Michigan

Home Heating Credit - Taken

I was sued by ccc. They received a judgement against me, after I had contacted legal-aid. Legal-aid sent letters out to the creditor stating my inability to pay. I was diagnosed with serious health conditions and I am on disability. I moved from last known address. Never received a summons to appear in court. Will filing bankruptcy clear out this judgement and other debts that I am unable to pay?

I am not sure how your subject line relates to your question about bankruptcy and judgment, but to answer your question about bankruptcy and judgments,a bankruptcy will, in most situations, discharge any credit judgments.
