Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Michigan

I recived this notice from the court and it said dismissal and it has the plaintiff name and it has the plaintiff attorney name. It said notice of dismissal by plaintiff, the following defendant and it has my name,and at the end of the court order it said order to dismiss..it is ordered this case is dismissed without prejudice. And the judge sign it. What do this mean? Thank You I like to submit my question as free.
