Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan

Alcohol, House Party, General Question

I know an individual that provides

alcohol and marijuana to up to 20

minors at house parties on a regular

basis. If I were to turn this individual

in, would I be able to protect the

minors at this party from being

busted and would I be able to keep

my name anonymous. Additionally,

in the state of Michigan how much

time would he serve?

Why would you protect the minors? They are also guilty of crimes, as the adult is also. No idea about the adults sentence. It depends on the court, record, judge, etc. www.kliszlaw.com
