Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan

My boyfriends sisters house was broken into, now she hates me and is saying I did it. The last time I was in her house was in late November. What if I have finger prints in her house does that mean that I'll be accused because shes saying I did it?

Fingerprints alone may not mean anything if you had been in the home before. But, if your prints were in places or on things that would be unusual for you to have touched innocently when you were an invited guest, but would have been where a thief/burglar would have touched things, that's more incriminating. Or, if things were wiped cleaned since you were there in November and now your prints are found where things had been wiped clean, that's more incriminating. Etc.
