Double Jeopardy Resist/Obstuct

my question is can u be charged with resist/obstruct twice? isnt it one charge? need help plz

There is no limit to the number of charges that can be brought against a defendant. If any of these charges are duplicate, an experienced attorney would ask the court to dismiss those duplicates.

If there were two cops involved in the altercation, it is possible for you to be charged with one count of resisting for each cop.

Max penalty on each...2 years prison.
