Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan

expungement limit

In 1984 I plead to a low level felony In 1989 I had it expunged In 1998 I was being harassed by a cop and cited 5 times in 2 weeks w/several rediculous infractions. During this time I was going thru a nasty divorce/custody battle. This same cop would later bogusly arrest me 4 stalking. soon after I discovered this cop was sleeping with my wife I filed suit against the cop and my ex The next day I was returning home & this cop signaled me to pull over I was only a block from my house so I proceeded at 15mph til I reached my driveway, parked the car, turned off the ignition and placed my hands on the wheel. He added fleeing & Eluding to the other charges My attorney told me to pleed to the fleeing charge and the others would be dropped, His reasoning the stalking charge might pose a problem in our civil case vs. my ex, fleeing was unrelated and therefore the best choice Judge warned against going to trial so I plead to the fleeing, at sentencing the judge didnt advise that this conviction carried a mandatory 1yr suspension of my DL I unsuccessfully tried to WD my plea for that reason. This conviction has been a nightmare I cant rent cars I no longer drive a Limo Q? Is there any way around the 1 expungmnt limit
