Loitering in a drug house

I have a 4 year old warrant for a ticket, ''loitering in a drug house'' Detroit. Yes, I was making poor choices back then, but I am now entering my 4th year of a bachelors degree, have been in counseling for 2 years and back in the work force for 2 years. I want to turn myself in but am terrified. Can I call the courthouse and find out what the bond would be? Do I have to turn myself in at a precinct, or can I do it at the courthouse?

I am afraid that you will learn little by calling the 36th District court by phone. They will surely tell you you must appear in person.

You have much going for you. You are working and going to school. Hire a lawyer familiar with the court, and let him help you resolve this case in a way that save you your job and your freedom.

Loitering in a drug house

"The courthouse" doesn't set the amount of bond. That amount is typically set by a judge or magistrate.
