Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
I was originally charged with felony - embezzlement but pleaded to a misdemeanor conviction and was granted YTA after restitution along with expunging and sealing my record. I am now trying to join the military years later and wonder how I should list this on my application for a security clearance. Thanks for the help!

You can legally say you do not have a conviction.
