Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
police problems
how would i go about pressing charges against a cop all i have is one witness which got arrested also but not for drinking retail fraud and while i was in the police station the cop grabbed me by my neck and left a scratch on my neck what should i do ?

is there a videotape of the incident? if not, then don't bother. not worth pursuing.
