what is the probable outcome or sentencing
my nephew was charged in 2002 for 9 grams of cocaine. he never returned to his sentencing hearing and the courts finally caught him. his first charge. no other charges. what is the probable outcome or sentencing for him?

Assuming he's in jail, he'll probably get time served plus 1-2 years probation.
