Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
Just Received a notice of Arraignment to appear in 39th District Court to appear before a judge for UTTERING & PUBLISHING but I am wondering what its about because I am never in Roseville and I have never committed check fraud or forged my name any insight on were to look or who to call to see were the charges stem from

Likely there's nothing you can do right now. Show up at arraignment and talk to the APA and detective. Just keep in mind that they aren't likely to believe you because everybody says "I didn't do it." You should hire an attorney familiar with Roseville and Macomb prosecutors.
